Rather than expecting young people to adapt to standardized coaching models, our mentors and Master Mentors of Movement (MMOMs) adapt their approaches to connect authentically with each young person's reality. Our trauma-informed approach recognizes that behavior often communicates needs that young people cannot yet express verbally.
